Srushti Dehmukh began preparing for UPSC when she was in her third semester of her engineering bachelor's degree. During her graduation, she questioned whether she was able to be satisfied working in an engineering position. Then, she realized that her dream was civil services and started to focus on the field. Her parents encouraged her to go into civil service, and to pursue an employment in the public sector. The young woman never lost her enthusiasm, and remained focused solely at her dream to become an IAS. The work required to get UPSC. She would study her engineering courses and prepare for UPSC while also studying different disciplines. Exam preparation was conducted each day. It took her just one month preparing for the test and kept completely off of the internet and social life. The reason she believes in concentration and focus are crucial for a successful exam to be a government official. She worked hard to pass the test on her first attempt.
